This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Billing information

If You sign up for a paid plan, You will be asked to provide Your payment information. Credit card information is submitted directly to Our payment processor and Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Ltd. and doesn’t hit Our servers. We store a record of the payment transaction for account history, granting you access, invoicing, and billing support.

We do not store Your Payment information like credit card, address etc. All Payment is handled and related information is stored by Paddle.com Market Ltd. who provides us Merchant of Record service and is legally the reseller of digital goods sold on Our website. We only store Transaction Ids and Your unique Paddle customer id to fulfill Your purhcases.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We store the content that You generate during Your mock interviews (such as audio, text transcripts, and code snippets) on Our servers. This is necessary to provide the core service of analyzing Your performance and providing AI-generated feedback. We process this data using Google AI services. We keep this content as long as Your account is active to allow You to review Your history and progress.

We may collect information about Your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes to improve Our product. We use persistent first-party cookies to store certain preferences and make it easier for You to use Our application.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit Our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted between our servers and Your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. We host our data on Google Cloud Platform, which provides industry-leading security standards.

We adopt a policy of data minimization, meaning we only store and retain data that is necessary to provide and improve Our Service to you.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

What happens when You delete content

If You choose to cancel Your account, Your content will become immediately inaccessible and will be purged from our systems within 30 days of the request. Backups may retain copies for a limited period as part of our disaster recovery protocols, but these are not accessed for normal operations.

We may retain or be required to retain some data relevant for tax, audit and legal reasons.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your data may be processed in regions where Google Cloud operates, primarily in North America. Wherever, required and possible, we store data on nearest region of Your country. By using our services, You consent to this transfer and storage. We currently serve customers based in the following countries and regions:

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.
